- 10/24/2005 - We've added pictures from Marlon's latest 5Ks and October Halloween Marathon to
the Picture Archives. We've also updated Marlon's
racechart.
- 9/4/2005 - We've finally added pictures from half marathons, 5Ks, and other races
including Adriana's first race in the

- 7/31/2005 - Updated Marlon's Story to include more fitness info (including before and after pictures)
