Marlon's Story

I was born to Leon and Jackie Buchanan in Jackson, TN and raised in Tacoma/Puyallup, WA with my older sister, Marlette, and my younger brother, Michael . I currently live in Everett, WA. My hobbies include lifting weights, running, reading, and writing poetry. One day I hope to publish my own book, but that will be sometime in the future. I currently am a Systems Improvement Specialist for Casey Family Programs. I develop tools and assist various states help foster youth and former foster youth attain skills and resources to make it on their own in life. It is a very demanding and personally fulfilling job that I enjoy.
